We can glaze your existing finish to create an entirely new look. Below are some before and after examples of the process. First, we clean and sand the existing finish. Next, apply the glaze, and finally apply a couple of coats of lacquer to seal in the new look.

Glazing is the process of adding a thick layer of stain onto your existing surface. We clean and sand your existing surface and repair imperfections. We add a couple of coats of clear lacquer to lock in the finish that will last for years to come.

Below are a couple of special finishes. On the left is a set of cabinets that has a base color, then a layer of glaze and finally a couple coats of catalyzed lacquer for a very strong finish. Next is kitchen that was finished with tinted lacquer for a smooth furniture-like finish.

Above we have a tinted black lacquer finish for a handrail. We use lacquer because we want the finish to last, with extreme durability, yet be smooth as glass.
